Returns & Refund Policy – Yeshwin Exports

Thank you for shopping with Yeshwin Exports.
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. We value your satisfaction and will always assist you with any issues related to your order.

💎 Returns (Domestic & International Orders)

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

You must inform us within 3 days of delivery at  yeshwinexports@gmail.com with clear product photos and your order number.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case.

For international buyers (USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia), please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Yeshwin Exports.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed through PayPal (for international orders) or UPI (for India orders).

Refunds are usually credited within 5–10 business days after approval.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Used or worn jewellery.

Customized or personalized products.

Items returned without prior communication.

📦 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by yeshwinexports@gmail.com

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

🌎 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for size or color issues within India only.

International customers can place a new order once the original refund is processed.
