Tracking available for International shipments. Standard delivery time 3 to 5 days for Domestic and 10-15 days for International Orders.

We do our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

• Weather issues

• Festival seasons

• Customs inspections

• Courier network congestion

Such delays are beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside India)

International orders may be subject to:

• Customs duty

• Import taxes

• Clearance fees

These additional charges (if any) must be paid by the customer.
YESHWIN EXPORTS is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect/incomplete:

• Delivery may fail

• The order may return to us

• No refund will be issued for failed delivery due to wrong address

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once the courier marks the parcel as “delivered,” YESHWIN EXPORTS is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Incorrect delivery by courier

• Theft after delivery

However, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier partner.
